The GT431A and GT432A device are three-terminaadjustable shunt regulators, with a guaranteed thermalstability over applicable temperature ranges. The outputvoltage can be set to any value between VREF(approximately 2.5V)and 36V with two externalresistors.These devices provide a very sharp turn-oncharacteristic,making these devices excelentreplacement for Zener diodes in many applicationsBoth the GT431A and GT432A devices are specifiedwith an initial tolerance of 0.5% at 25°C
