GT74LVC2G125
The operating voltage range of the bus buffer gate is 1.65-V to 5.5-V. The GT74LVC2G125 device contains dual line drivers with a 3-state output. The output is disabled when the output-enable (OE) input is high. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
