The GT74LVC02 performs the Boolean function Y=A+Bor Y=A·B in positive logic.The CMOS device has highoutput drive while maintaining low static power dissipationover a broad Vcc operating range.

This device is fully specified for partial-power-downapplications usinglot.The lorf circuitry prevents damagingcurrent backflow through the device when the gate ispowered downandits output is floating.
