The GT4717 is a dual-channel single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch that is designed to operate from 2.5V to 5V.
The device can handle negative signal down to -3V. It features high-bandwidth(500 MHz) and low on-resistance (4Ω@4.5 V). This device is available packaged in UTQFN- 1.8×1.4-10L and MSOP-10.
